OCBC Cycle

OCBC Cycle is Singapore’s largest mass cycling event since 2009. It aims to be a safe cycling platform for riders across all cycling proficiencies. Championing cycling as a year-round way of life and giving cyclists the opportunity to cycle on closed roads with scenic views, OCBC Cycle is sanctioned by the Singapore Cycling Federation and supported by Sport Singapore. The event attracts close to 7,000 cyclists every year since its change in format in 2015.

OCBC Cycle 2024

OCBC Cycle 2024 is back for more cycling fun. Offering both in-person and virtual rides, the region’s signature cycling event will take place from 11 May to 10 June 2024.

The Sportive Ride (40km), The Straits Times Ride (20km), The Foldie Ride by Brompton (40km) are set to attract nearly 7,000 cyclists on 12 May. Participants can look forward to scenic routes with roads specially closed for the event, taking them past national landmarks and iconic features like the Benjamin Sheares Bridge and the Gardens by the Bay, before finishing inside the grand National Stadium at the Singapore Sports Hub.

The Mighty Savers® Kids Ride will be making a return on 11 May, where young cyclists aged between 2 and 12 years old can have fun riding with their family members. Meanwhile, up to 45 teams are expected to compete in the annual OCBC Cycle Speedway Championships on the same day, with the Speedway Southeast Asia Championship making its return since the last edition in 2019 before the pandemic.

The popular OCBC Cycle Virtual Rides, introduced during the pandemic, will remain. The 100km Virtual Ride continues to feature, but participants can choose to challenge themselves further in the new 500km Virtual Ride – to be completed over a maximum of four rides.

Online registration commences during the launch event on 5 March, 12:00pm and will end on 29 April, 11:59pm or when all slots are taken up. Click here for the list of categories and registration details.
