OCBC Cycle 2020 Virtual Ride is partnering 100PLUS to organise a series of home-based training programmes and online rides. These workouts will be hosted on 100PLUS Facebook page and are free for all participants of the virtual ride and anyone else who is keen to participate.
The workouts will be led by Jia En, a full-time rhythm cycling and barre instructor. She likes to take things up a notch and is known for her pumped, challenging core workout routines. Let her energy, music and joy push you towards a good sweat session.
